Environmental Law
The firm's lawyers meet the growing needs that business clients face in the rapidly changing web of federal and local environmental statutes and regulations. In addition, firm attorneys have experience in all facets of single and multi-party Superfund litigation, including chairing steering and allocation committees and negotiating consent agreements with the Environmental Protection Agency.
